American Kenpo Karate Studio was established in 1995 to bring Kenpo Karate's “true self-defense” methods to the Reisterstown /Owings Mills community. Over the years we've evolved and grown into No Limits Training Facility, a beautiful 10,000 sq. ft. studio, and have become the premier center in Baltimore. Becoming a total training facility allows our customers to pick the right programs for them, with programs such as: Kenpo Self-Defense, Boxing, Kickboxing, TRX, Children’s programs , fitness classes, and so much more! No matter what you are looking for -- whether it’s fitness or self-defense -- we have the right program for you.
You'll find our facility to have the highest quality of training and equipment. Our facility offers a full-size competition boxing ring, over 100 different style bags (Ground Bags, Speed Bags etc...), four different large training rooms all equipped with Zebra Mats, locker rooms, showers, and a fitness / weight room.
